ATCS has a full services Industrial Hygiene sampling and analysis team. Our Industrial Hygienists can perform sampling on a variety of different elements. These services include the sampling of welding fumes, organic compounds, inorganic compounds, noise, hexavelant chromium, and many other substances. ATCS has a variety of field instruments to determine airborne levels of many compounds.
ATCS is a leader in meth-amphetamine sampling and analysis in contaminated structures. Our hygienists have been involved in hundreds of sites where meth-amphetamines were present. Our services include the determination of the extent of contamination and solutions for remediation to obtain clearance.
LEED – Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design
ATCS can assist building owners in the completion of “green” building projects. ATCS conducts sampling of LEED buildings to meet project specifications. This testing includes: Volitable Organic Compounds, PM 2.5 & PM 10 particulate dust sampling, and Formaldehyde. Sampling is conducted following all U.S. Green Building Consol Standards.
ATCS can assist in the determination and location of mold in commercial and residential structures. Our staff of industrial hygienists are professionally trained in the art of locating and determining the extend of mold growth. Our in-house laboratory is capable of analyzing viable and non-viable samples in air and bulk materials.
ATCS can perform lead testing on a variety of materials such as: paint, toys, soils, bridges, buildings, circuit boards, and many other items. We employ XRF technology for the determination of lead following EPA and HUD guidelines. Our employees are state-certificated lead inspectors and risk assessors.
ATCS can conduct Asbestos Air Monitoring, Surveys, Project Management, and Project Design to ensure that your home and facility is safe.
ATCS can assist clients in the cleanup, packaging, and disposal of waste and hazardous materials at their homes and facilities. This may include RCRA sampling and analysis to determine waste characterization. All field technicians are 40-hour hazwoper trained for these services. ATCS can also assist in facility decommissioning for temporary shutdown or demolition.
ATCS conducts training services for your facility and personnel in many areas of the OSHA regulations. This includes asbestos, lead, mold, hazwoper, confine space, lockout/tagout, CPR first air, and a variety of other training services. Training is conducted at our 900 ft2 training classroom with an attached 1000 ft2
hands-on training center.
ATCS offers laboratory services for the analysis of asbestos, mold, radon, and lead. ATCS participates in several quality control programs to assure the highest standards. All samples submitted to the laboratory follow strict chain of custody procedures to assure quality control and sample integrity.
